Forsaken badges and achievements are in-game milestones documented on the Official Forsaken Wiki with a name, a condition, a one-to-five-star difficulty and, for a few, a reward — 300 Player Points for your first join, 1,000 for buying every character, a skin or an emote for the rest. There are no badge "tiers", no coin payouts per badge and no daily challenges; what follows is the complete documented list. This is the full list of Forsaken badges and achievements as the Official Forsaken Wiki records them in September 2026, grouped the way the wiki groups them: general milestones, round challenges, survivor-specific, killer-specific, fun lobby secrets and level-100 rewards, plus the Roblox collaboration badges that unlock skins from other games. Survivor-specific achievements
Each survivor has one to four achievements tied to their documented kit. Several unlock a skin.
Noob, Shedletsky, Elliot, Builderman
Noob: Cola Addiction (two Bloxy Colas within 30 s, ★), You're Quick as Hell! (run as far as possible on one cola, ★), Actual Noob (use Bloxy Cola under Slateskin, ★), Deodorant (hide from a killer or minion with Ghostburger, ★). Shedletsky: Blame John (stun the killer 3+ times in a round, ★★★), Johnny, Johnny... (get hit while eating Fried Chicken, ★). Elliot: Blacklisted Customer (throw a pizza at a 007n7, ★), Wrong Address (throw a pizza at the killer, ★). Builderman: Put Dispenser Here! (keep a Dispenser alive over 2 minutes, ★) — unlocks the Engineer Builderman skin.
Guest 1337, 007n7, Two Time
Guest 1337: Quickest Thinker (block 3 attacks in a row, ★★★), [+PARRY] (block then punch, ★★ — unlocks Ultrakill Guest 1337), Forward Ærial (punch a killer while falling, ★★★★), and 37 (block an otherwise lethal attack as the last survivor standing, then win, ★★★★). 007n7: Tricked Ya! (a killer kills your clone, ★★), Alt + Tab (teleport with c00lgui while a killer is under 12 studs away, ★★★★), Severe and Continuous (teleport directly into the killer, ★★★). Two Time: Wasted Potential (die within 10 s of your second life, ★★), Dead Ringer (respawn under 16 studs from where you died, ★★).
Chance, Taph, Dusekkar, Jane Doe
Chance: Chance Time (heads 5 times in a row, ★★), Murphy's Law (die to your own flintlock, ★), 0.1% Of Gamblers (50 stacks of Weakness from Coin Flip, ★★★ — Mirror Chance skin), Close Enough To Be A Reference I Guess (shoot the killer within 10 s of heads, ★★ — Ultrakill Chance), OHH, BABY A TRIPLE (hit the killer and two minions in one shot, ★★★ — MLG Chance), My Entire Skeleton (stun the killer by blowing up your own flintlock, ★★★★★). Taph: Years in the future, but not many... (be the last survivor standing, ★★ — Wayward Taph). Dusekkar: ÜberCharge (shield a survivor from lethal damage, ★★ — Medic Dusekkar). Jane Doe: a Resonance III Hatchet stun, a Crystal Pitch hit from 110+ studs, and Purifying 3 survivors with one Crystal Pitch — all listed by the wiki with difficulty still to be rated. CRAZZZYYY EIGHTS (ask a Support for help 8 times) unlocks the Big T Dance emote.
Killer-specific achievements
Every core killer has at least one, and the five-star entries are among the rarest unlocks in the game.
John Doe, 1x1x1x1, c00lkidd, Slasher
John Doe: Vlad The Impaler (kill with a Corrupt Energy spike, ★), It's Just A Rumor (play as John Doe on March 18th, ★★). 1x1x1x1: For the outcome is already decided. (kill 50 Shedletskys, ★★★★★ — Hacklord 1x1x1x1 skin). c00lkidd: One Stone (hit two survivors with one Corrupt Nature, ★★), You're Fired (a Pizza Delivery minion kills an Elliot, ★★★★). Slasher: Brutality (kill with Behead, ★), Mother's Calling (play as Slasher on Friday the 13th, ★★), What a Shame. (kill with the first hit of Gashing Wound, ★★★★★ — White Pumpkin Slasher), Combat Initiated (75 kills in the Combat Initiation skin, ★★★★ — Mystic Slasher, also via THE DOOMSPIRES badge).
Noli, Guest 666, Nosferatu
Noli: I KNEW THAT DOOR HAD A LOCK ON IT! (a Sentinel tries to stun your Mirage, ★★★), Happy Feet (hit 5 survivors in one Void Rush, ★★★★), a Void Rush into a charging Guest 1337 (★★), and killing 33 Shedletskys, Dusekkars or Buildermen (★★★★ — The Admin Noli skin). Guest 666: kill with Infernal Cry during Blood Hunt (★★), use Blood Hunt with 6 s or less remaining (★★), land a fully charged Demonic Pursuit on a survivor working a generator (★★★★). Nosferatu: hit 3 survivors with one Cataclysm (★★★), hit a survivor with Blood Hook from over 90 studs (★★★).
Level 100 Achievements (One per Character)
Each character earns EXP separately — 15 per generator layer, more for abilities — with Milestone skins from level 25 and a cap of 100. Reaching 100 awards a named achievement, and for some characters an emote.

Lobby secrets and fun achievements
Six achievements are earned in the lobby rather than in a round, and the wiki documents each interaction.
The NPCs and the TV
Interact with the Brandon NPC for the first time (★ — the achievement is simply named "."), interact with the Cat NPC 15 times for Meow meow meow (★), repeatedly click the TV on the second floor of the lobby for Coming straight from YOUR house. (★ — unlocks the TV Time emote), and interact with the fish NPC Demophon near the docks for A Captain and his Ship (★).
The basement and the riddle
Veiled Eyes (☆) is earned by going to the basement and interacting with Jane Doe for the first time — the start of her unlock quests. Black, White, and Gray. (★★★★) carries only a Hamlet quotation as its description; the wiki links a video tutorial rather than spelling out the steps.
Two things the earlier version of this page claimed do not exist: badge "tiers" with coin payouts, and daily or weekly challenge badges. The wiki lists exactly two achievements that pay Player Points — Welcome To Hell (+300) and Full Roster (+1,000) — and the rest reward a skin, an emote or nothing but the badge. Player Points are also never earned in private servers, so achievement conditions are met in public rounds.

The cheapest 1,300 Player Points in the game are two achievements: Welcome To Hell pays 300 the moment you join, and Full Roster pays 1,000 once you have bought every purchasable character — which refunds a third of the roster's combined cost.
