A worked example: saving for Helperbot
Say you have just started, own only the free characters and want Helperbot, the 13th survivor, at 650 Player Points. If you survive every round, each one pays 25, so it takes 26 rounds (650 ÷ 25). If you die after the first minute in every round instead, each pays 10 and it takes 65. Real sessions mix the two, which is why the calculator asks you to count your own rounds rather than assuming a figure. Enter five rounds where you survived three times and died after a minute twice, and the helper gives (3 × 25 + 2 × 10) ÷ 5 = 19 per round, or 35 rounds to Helperbot.
The killer side pays differently. Each kill is worth 10, and the round ends with a bonus of 40 if you killed everyone or 15 if the clock ran out first. A killer round with three kills that runs out of time pays 45 before any ability rewards (3 × 10 + 15). Who plays killer isn't up to you: the player with the most Malice is chosen at the start of each round.
Every way to earn Player Points
| How | Side | Player Points |
|---|---|---|
| Survive to the end of a round | Survivor | +25 |
| Die after living at least 60 seconds | Survivor | +10 |
| Heal a survivor who has Hemorrhage (from Guest 666) | Survivor | +10 |
| Disarm one of Azure's Seeker Bulbs or Vines | Survivor | +5 |
| Kill a survivor (including with damage over time) | Killer | +10 |
| A survivor ragequits mid-chase | Killer | +10 |
| Kill every survivor before time runs out | Killer | +40 |
| Time runs out before you kill everyone | Killer | +15 |
| Character ability rewards (e.g. Shedletsky stun, Elliot heal) | Either | +1 to +12 each |
The ability rewards are listed per character on the wiki. On the survivor side, Shedletsky earns 5 for stunning the killer with Slash, Elliot 8 for each Pizza Throw heal, and Dusekkar 10 for shielding a survivor from death with Spawn Protection. On the killer side, Slasher, c00lkidd, John Doe, 1x1x1x1 and Nosferatu each have a 12-point reward, while Noli and Guest 666 top out at 8. Azure's own rewards aren't on the page yet. The ability bonus line in the calculator is where you add up whatever your main earned.
Generator puzzles are deliberately missing from the table. The wiki's Player Points page still lists a generator figure from before update 5.1.0 rebuilt the puzzles, and the Generator page gives a different one, so we don't quote either. The calculator leaves generators out too. Puzzles still pay EXP and Malice, and the puzzle itself is something you can practise in our generator simulator.
What Player Points buy, and what the roster costs
Player Points are spent in the shop on survivors, killers, skins and emotes. Five characters cost nothing: Noob, Elliot and Shedletsky on the survivor side and c00lkidd and Slasher on the killer side, enough to learn both roles. Jane Doe isn't bought at all; you unlock her through her quests.
- Survivors, 5,377 in total: 007n7, Two Time, Guest 1337 and Builderman at 500; Taph and Dusekkar at 600; Helperbot at 650; Veeronica at 750; Chance at 777.
- Killers, 8,938 in total: John Doe 1,000; Noli 1,100; 1x1x1x1 1,250; Guest 666 1,666; Nosferatu 1,922; Azure 2,000.
- Everything purchasable: 14,315 Player Points. At 25 a round, that is 573 surviving rounds.
Skins are a separate budget and can be larger than the character. Helperbot's 25 regular skins alone run from 100 to 1,600 Player Points each. If you want a character for a particular skin, add that skin's price to your target by hand. Full rosters and costs are on the survivors and killers pages.
What the payout table rewards
Read the table as a set of priorities and three things stand out. First, staying alive is worth far more than anything else a survivor does: surviving pays 25, dying after a minute pays 10, and the table lists nothing at all for dying inside the first minute. Playing safe early in a round is the single biggest lever on your per-round figure.
Second, the free survivors already earn ability rewards. Shedletsky gets 5 every time Slash stuns the killer and Elliot gets 8 for every Pizza Throw that heals someone, so a player who uses those kits well earns more per round than the base 25 without spending anything. Third, a few rewards depend on the killer you face. Healing a survivor with Guest 666's Hemorrhage pays 10, and disarming one of Azure's Seeker Bulbs or Vines pays 5. The wiki notes that a disarm also gives you two stacks of Azure's Atropa, so it isn't free.
For deciding what to buy, the cheapest-first order in the calculator is deliberate: it gets a new kit into your hands soonest, and each extra character gives you another set of ability rewards to earn from. If you are saving for one expensive killer instead, untick the rest. The calculator then shows only that target, and the rounds figure tells you plainly whether it is a weekend or a month.
How the round timer adds up
A round's clock depends on how many players are in it: 3:00 with four or fewer, 3:30 with five, and 4:00 with six or more, and Roblox lists Forsaken servers at nine players at most. From there, two things move it. Every kill adds 40 seconds, and every finished generator puzzle removes 2.4 seconds, so a whole generator is 12 seconds and all five on a map are a minute. When a single survivor is left, Last Man Standing sets the clock to 1:14 whatever it showed before (around 15 seconds longer in the special version the wiki describes when the last survivor is related to the killer), so the calculator stops adding up and shows 1:14 once your kills leave one survivor, and a finished round once they leave none.
That gives a useful rule of thumb: one kill is worth more time than three full generators. In a nine-player round where the killer gets three kills and the survivors finish 15 puzzles, the round lasts 4:00 + 2:00 − 0:36 = 5:24. That matters for Player Points because a survivor who lives to the end earns 25 and one who dies after 60 seconds earns 10, however long the round ran. The match length and player count guide goes through the rules in full.
Private servers, Robux packs and the codes myth
Private servers pay nothing: the wiki is explicit that Player Points can't be earned there. Use them to learn a map or a character, not to save up. The one shortcut that exists is the shop, which sells Player Points packs for Robux: the wiki's Player Points page (rev 88572, read 2 November 2026) lists packs from 250 Player Points for 75 Robux up to 20,000 for 5,850. A VIP gamepass is a separate purchase with its own benefits, listed on the VIP page.
What doesn't exist is a code system. Forsaken has no way to redeem codes for Player Points or anything else, so “working codes” videos and sites are wrong by definition. Our Forsaken codes page explains where free rewards really come from, and the Player Points guide covers earning them in more depth.

Questions
How many Player Points do you get for surviving in Forsaken?
25 Player Points for surviving to the end of a public round as any survivor. Dying after living at least 60 seconds still pays 10, according to the Official Forsaken Wiki.
How many Player Points does it cost to unlock everything?
The nine paid survivors cost 5,377 Player Points together and the six paid killers 8,938, so the whole purchasable roster is 14,315. Five characters are free, and Jane Doe is unlocked through quests instead.
Can you earn Player Points in a private server?
No. The wiki states that Player Points cannot be earned in private servers, so practice there costs you nothing but also pays nothing.
Are there Forsaken codes for free Player Points?
No. Forsaken has no code-redemption system. Player Points come from playing public rounds, or from Player Points packs bought with Robux in the shop.
