Game Basics
What is Forsaken Roblox?
Forsaken is an asymmetrical horror game on Roblox where one player controls a killer while the others work together as survivors. A round runs on a four-minute timer: survivors win by outlasting it, the killer extends it by eliminating survivors, and completing generator puzzles shortens it.
How do I play Forsaken?
Each round puts one killer against four survivors on a four-minute clock. Survivors win by staying alive until it runs out, and every completed generator puzzle layer trims three seconds off it (twelve per finished generator, sixty for all five). The killer wins by eliminating everyone, and each elimination extends the timer. Roles are assigned per round; you can lower your chance of being picked as killer in settings.
Is Forsaken free to play?
Yes, Forsaken is completely free to play on Roblox. Characters and skins are bought with Player Points, which are earned by playing public matches — surviving, completing generator puzzles, landing abilities. Private servers award none.
Gameplay Questions
How many generators do survivors need to repair?
Five generators spawn per map. Each is a Numberlink puzzle of four layers, and completing one removes 12 seconds from the round timer — completing all five removes 60 seconds. Survivors win by staying alive until the timer expires, not by escaping through a gate.
What happens when I get downed as a survivor?
You are out of the round. Forsaken has no downed state, no hooks and no rescue mechanic — when your health reaches zero you are eliminated and the killer's timer extends. The exceptions are documented kits: Two Time has a second life, Dusekkar's Spawn Protection can shield a teammate from a killing blow, and Guest 1337's Block negates a basic attack.
How do killer abilities work?
Each killer has a fixed kit of abilities with individual cooldowns. For example, John Doe raises 31 Corrupt Energy spikes for 14 seconds on an 18-second cooldown, 1x1x1x1 reveals every survivor's aura with Unstable Eye on a 25-second cooldown, and Noli teleports to a generator with Observant. Cooldowns range from under two seconds for basic attacks to 50 seconds for c00lkidd's Pizza Delivery.

Who is the best killer in Forsaken?
Our tier list puts John Doe and Noli at the top — the two killers the Official Forsaken Wiki rates 5/5 difficulty, with kits built around controlling generators. The "best" killer still depends on you: c00lkidd and Slasher are free and the easiest to learn, and Nosferatu is the stealth pick.
Which survivor should I play?
Noob is the best first main: free, 100 HP, and a self-sufficient Survivalist kit. Shedletsky (free) is the simplest way to help a team because Slash stuns the killer. Elliot (free) is the only starter Support and heals with Pizza Throw. Guest 1337, at 500 Player Points, has the highest fixed survivor health (110) and a Block that negates basic attacks.
How do I unlock new characters?
Characters are bought in the shop with Player Points earned in public matches — win or lose. Surviving a round pays 40, each completed generator puzzle layer 5, and abilities pay their own bonuses. John Doe costs 1,000, Noli 1,100, Nosferatu 1,922 and Guest 666 1,666; survivors run 500–777. Some characters and skins, such as Jane Doe and Treachstone John Doe, are unlocked through quests or collaboration badges instead.
Strategies & Tips
What's the best strategy for survivors?
Split up early game to work on different generators, but stay within rescue distance. Always have an escape route planned, break line of sight behind solid geometry, and save sprint for critical moments — there are no windows to vault or pallets to drop. Communication with teammates is key to success.
How do I apply pressure as killer?
Interrupt generators rather than guarding them: a puzzle regenerates when its survivor is hit, moves away or sprints, so a well-timed hit deletes progress outright. Don't commit to long chases — if a survivor is too good at looping, find easier targets. Use abilities strategically rather than on cooldown.
What are the best abilities to use?
Forsaken has no perks, loadouts or builds — every character has a fixed kit, so choosing a character is choosing your abilities. Our tier list explains which kits we rate highest and why.
Technical & Account
Why can't I join a match?
Common issues include: server maintenance (check official Discord), full lobbies during peak hours, or connection problems. Try refreshing the page, clearing cache, or joining a different server region if available.
Are there Forsaken codes?
No. Forsaken has never had a redeem-code system, so every "working codes" video or list is fabricated. Free rewards come from Player Points, achievements and collaboration badges — our codes page explains each source.
Will my progress save?
Yes, all progress including unlocked characters, Player Points, levels, and cosmetics are saved to your Roblox account automatically. You can play on any device with the same account and retain all progress.
