007n7 is a deception/utility survivor: you create wins by disappearing at the right time, forcing the killer to waste seconds, and turning one “lost” chase into a clean reset. 007n7 looks gimmicky until you realize what the kit actually buys: time. In Forsaken, time is everything—time to finish an objective, time to reset a elimination states, time to escape a dead zone. This guide shows you how to use 007n7 as a serious utility pick: when to clone, how to route around your clone play so it converts, and how to avoid the obvious tells that make good killers ignore your tricks.

Quick Stats: 007n7 (Community Listing)

  • Unlock Cost: 500 Player Points
  • Clone Cooldown: 27s (community listing)
  • Clone Effect: Invisibility/Undetectable window (community listing)
  • c00lgui Teleport Cooldown: 50s (community listing)
  • Strength: Time creation + clutch escapes
  • Weakness: Predictable clone usage gets read

The key is follow-up: the best clone plays aren’t “escape”; they’re “escape, then do something valuable.”

007n7 Toolkit Table (How To Get Real Value)

If you use 007n7 randomly, killers will read you. If you use it as a time tool with a plan, it becomes oppressive.

ToolCooldownWhat It DoesBest UseHow Killers Counter
Clone27sCreates a deception window and lets you vanish (utility/information disruption).Use at a line-of-sight break, then rotate to a different tile or objective immediately.Killers look for obvious “straight line” vanishes and check the most likely exit lane.
c00lgui Teleport50sBig reposition tool with a noticeable windup (community listing).Use when you already have cover/time (after clone or behind hard cover) to relocate to a safe lane.Killers punish predictable teleports by holding the exit lane or waiting out the windup.
Inject (toggle behavior)Varies by patchChanges how your clone behaves (community listing).Use to make your deception less readable, especially after the killer adapts.Killers watch your patterns and ignore clones if they always behave the same way.

The golden rule: clone at cover, then rotate to value. If you clone and hide nearby, you often waste the window.

How To Play 007n7 (The “Disappear With Purpose” Plan)

007n7 is best when you treat every deception as a purchase: you’re buying 5–15 seconds. Spend those seconds on something that wins.

1) Clone to Create a Lane Swap

The most consistent clone value is not “lose chase forever”—it’s “switch to a better lane.”

  • Run a normal chase line until you reach a hard line-of-sight break (doorway, corner, stair top).
  • Clone at the break, then immediately rotate to a different tile instead of continuing the same loop.
  • Your goal is to make the killer guess which lane you chose; the wrong guess buys time.
  • After the swap, either reset (heal) or progress an objective—don’t wander.

2) Use Teleport Only When You Already Have Time

Teleport is high value, but it’s not a panic button.

  • If you teleport while the killer is in swing range, you usually die during the windup.
  • Teleport after a clone window or behind hard cover where the killer must choose which side to check.
  • Teleport to create objective pressure: appearing on the opposite side of the map is stronger than teleporting “a little safer.”
  • In solo queue, teleporting to stabilize a teammate can be match-winning; in comms, teleport to progress while teammates reset.
  • If the killer starts waiting out your teleport, stop using it predictably—save it for endgame.

3) Endgame: 007n7 Is a Clutch Escaper

Most survivors die in endgame because open space is lethal. 007n7 can break that rule.

  • Save clone/teleport for the gate run if possible; endgame is where time is most expensive.
  • Clone at the final line-of-sight break before the gate lane, then commit to the gate.
  • If the killer commits to you, teleport only if you have cover; otherwise, keep running and force the killer to guess.
  • Avoid group stacking at gates; deception works better when the killer has multiple uncertain targets.
  • Once you escape, your best contribution is information: call the killer position so others can leave.

007n7 Mistake That Gets You Read

If you always clone at the same corner and always rotate to the nearest safe tile, good killers will stop respecting the trick and simply check your most likely exit lane. Change your lane swap pattern and “spend” your deception time on objectives or resets so the play has real value.

Final Thoughts

007n7 is a serious utility pick when you stop using deception as a meme and start using it as time creation. Clone at cover, swap lanes with purpose, and spend the seconds you buy on objectives, resets, and endgame escapes.

  • Clone at hard cover, then swap lanes immediately.
  • Teleport only when you already have time and cover.
  • Use deception to create objective pressure, not just to hide.
  • Change patterns when killers adapt.

Buying 007n7, and what 500 Player Points gets you

007n7 is a Survivalist Survivor sold in the shop for 500 Player Points. His kit is built around misdirection rather than durability: Clone creates confusion about where he actually is, while c00lgui and Inject support the same goal of getting away clean. In the fiction he is a reformed hacker and the adoptive father of c00lkidd, which is why the two characters cross-reference each other constantly.

Every deception tool in Forsaken stops working at the same moment: Last Man Standing. When you are the final survivor the timer becomes 1 minute 14 seconds and both you and the killer are highlighted to each other for six seconds. Clone cannot hide you from a highlight. If you are the sort of player who saves abilities for the endgame, 007n7 is the character that punishes the habit hardest.

Player Points come from public matches only, and they come from contribution rather than survival time. A generator puzzle layer pays 5 Player Points and 15 EXP, and there are four layers per generator. Private servers pay nothing at all, so an evening of private practice leaves your shop balance exactly where it started.

Clone, and the limits of misdirection

Misdirection kits are strongest in the middle of a round and weakest at both ends. Early, the killer has no information to be misled about. Late, at Last Man Standing, both players are highlighted to each other for six seconds and the timer drops to 1 minute 14 seconds, so there is no information left to corrupt. 007n7 therefore wants to be spending Clone, c00lgui and Inject during the contested middle phase where a killer is actively choosing between targets.

Noob is free and covers the same self-sufficient role through Slateskin, Bloxy Cola and Ghost Burger. Playing Noob first is the cheapest way to find out whether the Survivalist role suits you before committing 500 Player Points. Player Points come only from public matchmaking, and they come from contribution rather than survival time — a generator puzzle layer pays 5 Player Points and 15 EXP, and a generator is four layers deep. Private servers award nothing at all, which makes them a place to rehearse rather than a place to grind.

The context around Clone

Misdirection is only valuable while the killer has decisions to get wrong.

A round is four minutes long. Survivors win by outlasting it and killers extend it by eliminating people, so the only lever survivors control is the generators. On most maps there are five, each a Numberlink wire puzzle four layers deep. A completed layer removes three seconds from the clock and pays 5 Player Points and 15 EXP; a finished generator removes twelve seconds; clearing all five removes a full minute. The puzzle regenerates if you are interrupted, so unbanked layers are lost entirely rather than paused. Two maps, SFOTH and Generator Hell, have no generators at all, which removes the lever completely and turns those rounds into pure survival against the clock.

Items are deliberately scarce: only two spawn in a public round, drawn from a pool that includes the Medkit, Bloxy Cola, Flashlight, Bloxiade, Epicsauce and the Green Key alongside weapons such as the Glock, Broadsword, Assault Rifle and Gravity Gun, plus the Fake Medkit and Fake Bloxy Cola, which do not behave like the genuine articles. You cannot build a strategy around holding a specific item, and there is no loadout system that would let you try.

Last Man Standing is the phase most guides skip. When one survivor remains the timer resets to 1 minute 14 seconds, the music changes, and both players are highlighted to each other for six seconds. Every plan that depended on concealment stops working at that moment, on every map. Abilities held back for a dramatic finish are usually abilities wasted.
